Adverts should be sent as Word documents with photos attached separately as JPEGs/JPGs (ie do not embed your photos in your Word document or in your email). Please do NOT send PDFs, Powerpoint files or scans of photos. Photos downloaded from websites or Facebook are not of sufficiently high resolution/quality for printing so please ask the photographer to supply the original high resolution, colour image
